John Sedgwick Students go to Washington State History Day
Regional Competition 2017
Quest students from John Sedgwick Junior High participated in Regional National History Day
competition on March 20, 2017, at Olympic College. Students become historians by developing
research, analysis and presentations regarding an annual topic. This year’s topic is: Taking a Stand in
History, and take a stand South Kitsap’s students did! Students who placed in each category are invited
to the State Level competition. The State History Day competition will take place April 29th at Green
River Community College in Auburn, WA.
