The Recycled Silk Floor Mats pictured above have been recalled due to a potential laceration hazard. No reports of injury have been received at this time,
however, in some cases a tack or staple has been found in the fabric strips used to manufacture these mats. These floor mats come in a variety of assorted colors.
To determine if your mat is part of this recall, please locate the care label sewn on to the reverse side of the mat (see picture above) and check the SKU number.
Only SKU #441536 is involved in this recall. No other floor coverings sold by Cost Plus World Market are affected by this recall.
