Executive Proposal
1 Day rate flag drop £3 for 258 yards
2 30p for each 258 yards thereafter
3 Reinstate Sunday to £4 flag drop and day rate
4 Exclude 15% increase on the average salary for Guildford to compensate drivers for being self employed (No evidence to support this).
5 Include the radio rent charge from the costs of running a taxi.
7 Exclude the £1 booking fee as an extra (already incorporated in methodology as radio rent charge £3920).
8 Exclude ATI at 15% after 6 miles (No evidence to support this)
9 No rounding up used in this calculation.
10 No rounding to be used in subsequent years
11 Change night rate flag drop to £3.50
12 The yardage for the initial distance calculated to provide an increase on the existing charge for the first mile
