Notes: The plans to be provided with this application are as follows:
(1) Location plan on an Ordnance Survey base showing all the roads
covered by the application : scale 1 to 1250 or 1 to 2500 ;
(2) As built layout plan showing roads, road drainage, road names, houses
and postal addresses : minimum scale 1 to 500
(3) As built services plan showing the location of all services, road
crossings and ducts (road crossings and ducts to be located relative to
fixed road features) : minimum scale 1 to 500.

The road description should detail the extent of the road, the direction, road type
and should also include any remote footpaths to be adopted. A typical
