Sub:-Complaint against Elvis Gomes, resident of behind Holy Spirit
Church, Margao,
Salcete Goa having Mobile No. 9673221597 for
wrongful restraint, assault, causing damage to my car and giving threats
to kill.
Sir,
I the undersigned, residing at the above address wish to state as under:1. That I am the owner of car Maruti Swift bearing Registration No. GA-08-E-6290.
2. That on 02/02/17, at around 11.0 p.m. I along with my friend Mr. Hannibal
D’Costa, were travelling from Benaulim to Colva and when we reached
Sernabatim Colva, one Elvis Gomes along with 3 unknown persons, assaulted
me and gave bad words in a filthy language like chedyechea, etc. and threatened
to kill me.
3. That on the same day and time, the said Elvis Gomes broke my front glass of my
car by throwing a stone on it and caused loss of Rs. 10,000/-.
4. That after the assault, many people gathered on the spot and after seeing that,
the said Elvis Gomes and 3 unknown persons ran away from the spot.
5. That the said Elvis Gomes and 3 unknown persons also retrained me by blocking
my car.
It is therefore prayed that necessary action also taken against the said
Elvis Gomes and 3 unknown persons at the earliest.
