Buddy’s offers portable bar-b-q pits and refrigerated
trucks to insure that your food is served fresh and hot.
The pits also bring the irresistible aroma of hickory-smoked
bar-b-q for your guests to enjoy!
All of our menus are served buffet style. Your caterer will
provide tables, table coverings, serving equipment and
utensils for the buffet line.
Attached you’ll find our most popular menus and pricing
information. Prices are based on jobs that guarantee between
50 – 200 people and are catered in the Knoxville area.
For jobs over 200, please call for special pricing.
Jobs outside the Knoxville area will include a mileage fee that
will be quoted with your price. A $100 deposit is required to
confirm your catering event. The deposit is refundable
with a 48-hour cancellation notice.
A serving time of one hour is scheduled for most jobs.
If more time is required, there will be an additional
charge of $25 per hour.
The number of guests must be guaranteed 48 hours
prior to your event. You will be charged per person
if you should exceed that number.
