The House convened at I I a.m., e.s.t.
The SPEAKER. All members, Republicans and Democrats, are
advised that caucuses are continuing, and you are respectfully
invited to attend your caucuses.
The House will shortly recess until 1 o'clock. In the meantime,
the members should go to the caucus rooms.
The majority leader has requested that I announce that all
members of the Republican Caucus report now, all members report
now to the Republican caucus room, please. All members report

Carlisle, Pennsylvania, offered the following prayer:
Our Gracious God and Heavenly Father, it is a day for hard
work, for coming together with ideas, needs, and resources, and we
pray, our Lord, that in the midst of this work, Your spirit will
prevail to guide each of these who make these decisions, that they
may be sensitive to the needs of those in the Commonwealth and
in the Nation.
We ask Your blessing upon us in that end and upon the
Governor. We ask it in the name of Him who is the kingdom and
the power and the glory forever. Amen.
