A total of 126 people started the survey, with 119 completing the survey in its entirety. Based on the size of
employees at the College, this yields an 8% margin of error. The following summarizes the respondents’
prioritization of the strategies. Information about how the cumulative ranking was obtained is described below.

The strategies were ranked using the following methodology: First place: (the highest number of first place
votes): S1 with 60 first place votes. Second place (the highest total of first and second place votes): a tie between
S2 and T1, both with 29 votes. Third place (the highest total of first, second and third place votes): A1 with 34
votes. Fourth place (the highest total of first, second, third and fourth place votes): T2 with 42 votes. Fifth place
(the highest total of first, second, third, fourth and fifth place votes): O3 with 47 votes.
