Tuckahoe Olympics
Camp Tuckahoe strives to show the importance of an active, healthy
lifestyle through age-appropriate physical and mental activity. Camp
Tuckahoe is not just any day camp, it is a place where campers are
encouraged to form friendships, build self-confidence, develop leadership
skills, and learn to work in a team through organized activities! Camp
Tuckahoe provides the perfect balance of physical activity, mental
stimulation, and active rest. Limited space — 18 campers max per week.

I accept full responsibility for my use of any and all apparatus, appliances, facility, privilege or
service whatsoever, owned and operated by Tuckahoe Recreation Club (TRC) and at my own
risk and shall not hold TRC, its shareholders, directors, officers, employer’s representatives and
agents harmless from any and all loss, claim, injury damage or liability sustained or incurred by me
or my children resulting therein. I give full permission for my child to participate in the TRC tennis
program and will not hold the tennis instructors, volunteers and chaperones responsible for any
accident or losses, however caused, and agree to release all parties involved from any claim of
damages that may arise as a result of such loss or accident. I understand that every reasonable
precaution will be taken to ensure the safety of the above named participant. Pictures and/or
video may be taken during classes that could be used for future promotional material.
