This program is designed for active older adults to effectively learn how to use a variety of
fitness formats that help to build strength, cardiovascular fitness, balance and flexibility, but
most of all have fun. You don’t have to be an active older adult to take this class.
A great choice for members just getting started in an aerobic program or members who want
a less complicated workout. Classes will be basic foot patterns and emphasize safety and
body alignment.
BODYJAM® is a workout set to the latest music and greatest dance moves. It’s cardio fun at
its best for those with a passion for movement. You’ll burn calories, increase your fitness
levels and learn to dance!!
BODYPUMP® is one of the world’s fastest ways to get in shape as it challenges all of your
major muscle groups while you squat, press, lift and curl to chart-topping music! The 45
minute version focuses on 8 Les Mills Body Pump tracks, the 60 minute 10 tracks.
This is a muscle strength and endurance class designed to help tone and sculpt the entire
body using a variety of exercises and resistance equipment such as weights, balls and tubing.
This class focuses strictly on working the core muscle groups. Abdominal and lower back are
emphasized. A great addition to any workout.
A class for all ability levels. Class includes athletic drills, interval and circuit training all rolled
into one. A great addition to anyone’s cross-training routine.
Cardio Strength and
Conditioning
This class combines interval and circuit training by alternating cardio-based drills with
strength-based exercises. A great class to challenge all abilities!
Cardio Kickbox
Are you ready for a very athletic Martial Arts inspired aerobic workout? Combines quick and
powerful jabs and punches for the upper body with leg kicks and squats for the lower body.
A less intense yoga practice moving at a slow and steady pace. Great for those who are new
to yoga.
If you like cardio conditioning along with a great strength workout you will love HEAT! This is
a hardcore training-inspired class with a sport warm-up followed by plyometrics, body
strength exercises and running.
Are you up to the challenge? Turn old-school interval training on its head with Insanity Live.
It’s the same program from Shaun T., but with someone to coach you through with
modifications if you need it.
Intense cardio segments followed by a recovery period. Knock your metabolism into gear!
This class will improve your cardiovascular capacity.
Strength-based exercise segments followed by a recovery period. This class utilizes a variety
of equipment and body-weight exercises to improve muscular endurance.
A workout that improves strength and flexibility which helps to create a body that is long and
lean. Work focuses on the core muscles.

A great low impact and moderate intensity workout that combines patterns on and around
the stop. May include muscle conditioning and stretching.
Stretch 101
This class is for every body. Gentle stretches to all major muscle groups will help you
improve your range of motion.
Tai Chi
An ancient form of “soft” martial arts now practiced for benefits including increased strength,
range of motion, reduction of pain, better balance, posture, increased self-confidence and
relaxation. A fun, gentle workout that is appropriate for all age levels.
An evidence-based form of exercise derived from an ancient Chinese exercise system
consisting of slow, relaxed movements. Studies show that tai chi improves balance,
functional mobility and flexibility, increases strength, reduces risk of falling, reduces pain and
stress and increases psychological well-being. It is appropriate for all ages and abilities.
This class is held on the treadmills. This is an instructor led walking and running class using
grade and cadence for elements of intensity.

Take a break from the weight room and get into this class. It is a muscle endurance class
focusing on primary upper and lower body muscle groups using dumbbells, body bars, and
weighted barbells, your choice! A great addition to any fitness workout routine.
The practice of sequencing poses that are put together with the intention of gaining strength,
flexibility and balance of the spirit, mind and body.
A fun, high energy aerobics workout for all fitness levels. You learn by watching the latin
inspired moves and feeling the beat of an eclectic array of music.
