Ideal for use in rural regular service, as a shuttle bus and for excursions, the highly versatile Tourismo
RH is a real multi-earner for your business. What’s more, you can count on it to bring all the benefits
of high-quality Mercedes-Benz technology and consistently economical performance to every task.
The reliable all-rounder. The Tourismo RH has been
­developed to work for you continuously, providing scheduled line services in the morning and operating excursions during the afternoon. It is available in two lengths:
12 metres and 13 metres. Both versions are equipped
with an economical Euro V engine whose output of
260 kW – or optionally 300 kW – will be warmly welcomed by your drivers while the vehicle’s ­favourable
cost-benefit profile will please the accounts department,
too. Moreover, its comfortable, practical ­appointments
and generous accommodation ensure that it will also be
popular with your passengers.
Make your budget go further. Fierce competition in the
rural regular-service and excursion sectors means that it
is essential for you to reduce your costs. The Tourismo
RH supports you in this with its consistent cost-effective-

ness and low life-cycle costs. The extended maintenance
intervals of 60,000 km ensure minimal downtime and
high levels of availability. The engine and other major
­assemblies are easily accessible to reduce maintenance
time. And thanks to its numerous shared components
from the Mercedes-Benz modular system, the Tourismo
RH also helps save time and money if repairs are required.

Star quality. Even from a distance, the harmonious, functional look with its distinctive front end singles out the
Tourismo RH as a member of the Mercedes-Benz bus
­family. Meanwhile, its inner values also set it apart. The
wealth of proven components from the Mercedes-Benz
­r ural-service bus and touring coach modules ensures
high quality, reliability and longevity. Cathodic dip priming, for instance, provides highly effective anti-corrosion
protection - so you can benefit from all the qualities of the
Tourismo RH throughout a long service life.
Room to relax. Spacious, airy and bright, the interior
­positively welcomes the passengers aboard. Grey-tinted
windows and high-quality materials, such as the
needlefelt sidewall lining, also contribute to the friendly
ambience, as do the comfortable yet hard-wearing seats.
Service sets in the luggage racks offer the comfort of a
touring coach. Passenger comfort in cold weather is also
assured by a powerful heating system which can be complemented by air conditioning available as special equipment. An optional refrigerator in the cockpit can be specified in order to provide refreshments en route. To allow
people with restricted mobility to board the vehicle easily,
the rear door can be equipped with a lift. If this feature is
fitted, four optional folding seats are available to ensure
that the Tourismo RH retains its high passenger capacity.
What’s more, a toilet unit can be fitted in the area of door 2.
Outstanding ride comfort. Genuine Mercedes-Benz: the
outstanding suspension of the Tourismo RH sets standards
in its class. Independent front suspension and the quiet,
comfortably sprung drive axle provide consummate
­refinement.
