Marking the unofficial beginning of summer on beautiful Whitefish Lake, the Big Sky Chapter of
the Antique and Classic Boat Society (http://www.bigskyacbs.com) is sponsoring Whitefish
Woody Weekend VI hosted by the Lodge at Whitefish Lake.

Date: June 23-25, 2017
Location: The Lodge at Whitefish Lake, Whitefish, Montana.
Schedule:
Friday:
Boats begin arriving on Friday after 3PM
"Welcome Aboard" no host Cocktail hour at 7PM
Evening Cruise of Whitefish Lake at 8PM
Saturday:
Check-in open at 8AM
Boats in place for public viewing by 9AM
No Host Cocktail Hour at 6PM
Sunday:
Public viewing until 10AM
Poker Run begins at 9:30AM
BBQ picnic on the beach at the Lodge at 1PM
Registration: This event is limited to 36 boats in the water. This event normally sells out so get
your registration in early to ensure participation! Boat registration is $70 and includes BBQ Picnic
Lunches for two participants on Sunday. Additional Sunday BBQ Lunches can be ordered for
$25 each.
Lodging: The Lodge at Whitefish Lake is offering special event rates of $152-$210 depending
upon room. Contact Logan Constenius at 406-863-4013 before May 15 to ensure a room at

Evening Cruise: There will be a leisurely cruise around Whitefish Lake after the "Welcome
Aboard" gathering. An optional light snack box is available for $15 for a crew of two.
Other Details: Details regarding directions to the Lodge, boat launching, trailer parking, security,
slip assignments, etc will be provided to all registered boaters a few weeks before the event.
Show Program: There will be a show program for participants and the public. Please send your
