When the eighteenth day of the month falls on a Sunday, or a public holiday, the rates shall be payable on the next succeeding day not a public holiday or a Sunday without such increase. Except as in this By-Law or in any amendments to the same otherwise provided, no moneys received by the City in payment of rates or fees chargeable under this By-Law or under any amendments thereto, shall be applied to the payment of the rates or fees for the then current month, until all rates and fees which shall have become due in previous months have been fully paid". 2. By-Law No. 897, being the "Electricity Regulation Amendment By-Law, 19431 is hereby repealed. 3. This By-Law may be cited for all purposes as the "Electricity Regulation Amendment By-Law, 1945".
