Crystal Blake – Experienced in Agriculture
Crystal Blake joined Jones Feed Mills in the fall of 2016.
Crystal’s enthusiasm and vast experience in agriculture
made her an easy fit for the Jones team! Crystal, who is from
Listowel, started with Jones in the customer service dept,
learning the Jones business and customer base. Since that
time Crystal has been appointed to the role of HACCP
Coordinator. In her role, Crystal along with other members
of the HACCP team are responsible for the on-going assurance of the company’s
safe and accurate application of production practices. As Crystal puts it, “This role
fits me well, as I like things done right and in a timely manner; which is a key
component of this position”. Crystal goes on to say that she “enjoys the ability to
work with staff at all levels of production where [she] gains a vast understanding
of how the entire business operates”. In her spare time, Crystal keeps herself very
business with many ag-related functions. Crystal is currently the Executive
Director of Marketing for the Ontario Junior Farmers Association and where she is
the Past President of her local Junior Farmers Club (Perth County). Crystal has
won many awards through her involvement in agriculture and shows purebred
Galloway cattle, a hobby that has taken her all over North America.

New Office Update
Jones Feed Mills is excited to announce that this month our Linwood-based office
staff we will be moving into the new head office located south of the premix plant
on the Linwood mill property. The move is scheduled for late May. Please note,
the new office will be accessed by light traffic using Isabella Street (where Isabella
meets Alfred). Watch for the signs with directions. We look forward to receiving
you at our new office beginning late May/Early June!
