the opportunity to learn about the historic Sears, Roebuck, and Co also known as Ponce City Market.
Come discover the wonderful skyline and treetop views of Ponce City while learning why Ponce City
Market rivals the region’s most competitive and compelling office buildings in the commercial real
estate industry.
SPEAKER: Craig Habif is a Senior Property Manager with Jamestown who overseas operations at
Ponce City Market, a 2 million square foot adaptive reuse development in the heart of Atlanta. Prior
to joining Jamestown, Craig managed 1.8 million square feet of office, retail and industrial property.
Craig is an Atlanta native with over 10 years experience in Commercial Real Estate. Craig received
a Bachelor of Arts from Tulane University, is a licensed Realtor in the State of Georgia and is a RPA
Designee.
