“Get Fit, That’s It!” Newsletter
March 2015 – Elementary School Edition
How does 4-H work with the “Get Fit, That’s It!” curriculum? 4-H is all about
using your HEAD to learn about nutrition and make better choices; keeping
your HEART healthy by getting more physically active; using your HANDS to
start a garden at home or at school; and last but not least, our HEALTH will
overall improve as we implement better eating and exercise habits. All these
work together not just for our youth, but for their families as well, as we strive
to make our communities healthier and happier.
