Carla White is an ordinary woman with an extraordinary passion to educate and empower women to love who they are, know what they want and to live the life of their dreams. Carla is the Founder of Crisp Connections, a personal and professional development training company. In her keynote addresses she shares compelling stories of transformation and success to encourage others in their personal growth. Fort McMurray has been her home for over 20 years and she is delighted to be raising her family here. As well as being a graduate of the University of Alberta with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Carla has a professional background rich in experience that is complementary to her work as a speaker, trainer and life coach. In addition to her work in health care, Carla acquired additional skills in fire rescue, medical response and safety while working for Suncor Energy Inc as an Emergency Response Officer. Her experience as a shift worker, Occupational Health Nurse and parent has made her an enthusiastic advocate of helping others understand and cope with human fatigue and shiftwork wellness. Before leaving the workforce to raise her family, Carla was the Client Services Manager (Western Canada) for Medgate Inc. Other work included Shifting to Wellness Program coordinator and part-time communications instructor for Keyano College. Carla’s dynamic workshops and seminars are inspired by her work with Jack Canfield (creator of the Chicken Soup for the Soul series). In 2013 she was chosen by Jack as one of the 75 people to attend his “Train the Trainer” program. As a certified coach and personal growth specialist, Carla provides individuals with the process and guidance to create and live the vision of their best life.
