Epsom Downs Members benefit from access to a number of reciprocal race
fixtures around the country for 2016. Where possible we have given you the
information on what you can access at each course.

Information
Epsom members are able to park in their free car
park rather than on the centre of the track, they
can access both the grandstands and the premier
enclosure and the paddock area.

Epsom members will received premier admission
that allows admission to all public areas of the
racecourse (they will not have access to the
annual members bar on the day). Epsom members
will have free parking on site (Postcode BN18
OSY). If members are wanting to park in the
centre of the course car park (Postcode BN18 OSX)
there will be an additional £5 charge as there are
limited spaces available. Epsom members can also
receive £10 off the Premier Restaurant on this day
which will need to be pre-booked by calling the
racecourse office 01243 543335.
Epsom members have access to the Grandstand &
Premier Enclosures with free parking in the centre
of the course (More Lane Entrance)
Epsom members will have access to main
enclosure and free general parking
Epsom members will have complimentary car
parking and this can be found directly opposite the
Main Entrance just off Racecourse Road. Due to
space restrictions, regretfully we cannot offer
Epsom members use of the Annual Members bar or
facilities.
Reciprocal visitors to Ascot collect an entry ticket
from one of our Ticket Offices on arrival to gain
entry into the racecourse, once inside the
racecourse, their Epsom metal badge/pass should
be worn to gain access to the Premier Admission
Areas. Car parking is in either car park 1 or car
park 2 with their Epsom car park label.

the size of their members room, reciprocal
members are unable to use it. Car Parking is free.
Epsom Members will have access into the
Grandstand & Premier Stand and if available into
the Club Room too. Parking is free. Entrance is
via the Owners & Trainers.
Epsom Members can have Grandstand admission with car
parking in the main car park, most dates at Kempton the
car parking is FOC, however if there is a charge there is
free car parking available at gate 7 and this car park is

Enclosure & Car Parking is free. The dress code for the
County Enclosure is smart casual, no jeans, trainers,
track wear or fancy dress is to be worn. Unfortunately
Members will not have access to the members bar on the
day, as there is limited space.

Dress codes –Gentlemen are required to wear a
suite jacket, collar and tie.
Ladies are required to wear smart dress. No
denim or sportswear is permitted.

free car parking in either car park 2 or 3.
Epsom Members will have Full use of the Premier
Enclosure – Free Pass Office is located next to the first
set of turnstiles - Premier Entrance 2. Newmarket
operate a strict dress code in the Premier Enclosure of
NO BLUE jeans, t-shirts, sports attire (including trainers,
unduly casual or extreme attire. There is ample free
parking on site too. Members MUST register at the free
pass office at the Premier Entrance 2 (next to the first
set of turnstiles).

Hickstead showground, Members Car Parking,
Seating in the Members Grandstand, full use of the

Epsom Members will be entitled to go into the Annual
Members viewing facility, subject to this facility being
available on the day (depends on Hospitality bookings).
There is complimentary car parking in the car parks
across the main road from the main entrance.

Seating in the Members Grandstand, full use of the

Epsom Members will have access to the entire
Grandstand as they are operating a one enclosure
in 2016. Free Car Parking which is on the golf
course next to the racecourse. If they have a box
available on the day it will be offered to their
members and Epsom Members will have access to
the box too. The stewards on the gates will know
about this so it will be best for them to ask on
arrival.

car park located at the Stables on Balcarres Road,
this is just a 5 minute walk to Entrance 2 where
your members will gain entry, however there is a
bus that runs from the car park for those wishing
to take it.

car park which is free of charge. They do have an
Annual Badge holders area which is located in the
Blacksmiths Marquee.

at gate 7 and this car park is still on site.
Grandstand
Epsom members will have access into all areas of
the racecourse as they have a one enclosure
policy. The Annual Members room is unavailable to
visiting members. Car Parking is free at Plumpton
Epsom members are welcome to use the Annual
members’ car park and the Annual members
lounge situated on the ground floor adjacent to the
Stalbridge Bar. Due to space restrictions they will
not be permitted to use the Hatherleigh Viewing
Area which is for our ‘Gold’ members.
