TERMS & CONDITIONS:
1. The e-Auction is being held on “AS IS WHERE IS” and “AS IS WHAT IS BASIS”. Intending bidders shall hold a valid email address and
KYC documents. Bids shall be submitted through online procedure only in the prescribed format with relevant details.
2. To the best of knowledge and information of the Authorised Officer, there is no encumbrance on the property except on Lot no.3.
However, the intending bidders should make their own independent enquiries regarding the encumbrances, title of property/ies put
on auction and claims/rights/dues affecting the property, prior to submitting their bid. The Authorised Officer/Secured Creditor
shall not be responsible in any way for any third party claims/rights/dues. The e-Auction Advertisement does not constitute and will
not be deemed to constitute any commitment or any representation of the Bank. The property is being sold with all the existing and
future encumbrances whether known or unknown to the Bank.
3. The interested bidders who have submitted their EMD not below the Reserve price along with ID proof(self attested copy PAN,Voter
ID Card,Driving License,passport any two) through online mode before 05.00PM on 16.06.2017.There after, who have send duly
verified hard copies of the online submitted documents so as to reach our office before 05.00PM on 19.06.2017 shall be eligible for
participating the e-bidding process.
4. The interested bidders shall deposit the EMD amount of the above mentioned accounts shall be deposited in their respective
account through RTGS / NEFT on or before 16.06.2017 by 5:00 pm
5. The interested bidders who submit their bids not below the reserve price latest by 16.06.2017 upto 5.00 P.M through website
https://bankauctions.in shall only be eligible for participating in the e-auction.
6. The intended bidders who have deposited the EMD and require assistance in creating Login ID & Password, uploading data,

7. The bidders shall improve their offer in multiple of amount mentioned under the column “Bid Increase Amount”. In case bid is
placed in the last 5 minutes of the closing time of the auction, the closing time will automatically get extended for 5 minutes (subject
to maximum three extensions of 5 minutes each).
8. The successful bidder shall have to deposit 25% of the sale price, adjusting the EMD already paid, within 48 hours of the closure of e
auction sale proceeding after completion of auction and acceptance of bid price by the Authorized Officer. The balance 75% of the
sale price shall be deposited on or before 15th day of the sale. In case of default in payment by the successful bidder, the amount
already deposited by the bidder shall be liable to be forfeited and the property shall be put to re-auction and the defaulting bidder
shall have no claim/right in respect of property/amount.
9. The purchaser shall bear the applicable stamp duties/additional stamp duty/transfer charges, fees etc. and also all the statutory/non
statutory dues, taxes, rates, assessments, charges, fees etc. owing to anybody.

11. The Bank reserves its right to sell the property through private treaty as per law, in the event of failure of e-auction.
12. The Authorised Officer is not bound to accept the highest offer and the Authorised Officer has the absolute right to accept or
reject any or all offer(s) or adjourn/Postpone/cancel the e-Auction without assigning any reason there of and sale/modify any
term and conditions of the sale without any prior notice and assigning any reason.
