Trained and coached the only ever Australian football player to be invited to train in world renowned football
club FC Barcelona.
Worked with an athlete to win 4 consecutive National Open Water Swimming Championships. He did not miss
one single session due to injury in this time. That is four years as an open water swimmer without injury and
with 4 National Championships. Impressive. He was then burnt in a severe car accident which nearly cost his life
with 75% of his body having 3rd degree burns. I then rehabilitated him to walk and swim again and become a
fully functional adult. Truly inspiring and I have a reference from this athlete that is well worth reading.
Commenced working with an elite rugby league team in the Australian National Rugby League (NRL) competition
after they had suffered 15 consecutive losses and a massive injury toll and were in last position on the table. I
designed and implemented a strength and conditioning program that allowed them to win the next 8 from 11
games in that season to just miss the finals series. Going on to finish as high as fourth position in the future
seasons.
Developed and implemented a strength and conditioning program that reduced games missed through injury
from 245 to 54 per season in 2.5 seasons with only 3 games missed through non-contact injury in that season
and only 1 game missed through groin injuries in 3 seasons in the toughest sport in the world.
Constructed from scratch an elite rehabilitation program and rehabilitated athletes from many different injuries
including reconstructions of nearly every joint in the body, multiple lower leg fractures, knee ligament tears and
tendon ruptures to name just a few. Also rehabilitating one athlete from an injury commonly regarded as one of
the worst in the NRL to full international competition in 5 months.
I was offered a position as Head of Sports Science for Spain Rugby League. To evaluate the position I decided to
assist them with one international games against Belgium. They had won their first international game against
Belgium 10-12 in Belgium. This game was to be held in Spain but Belgium were fielding a stronger team and the
Spanish team won 56-10.
Worked with over 100 International level athletes in 10 sports including multiple World Champions, Olympic
athletes, National Champions, a World Record holder and two athletes regarded as the best ever in their sport.
Developed a young male football player in an individual program to be able to run 40 metres in under 5 seconds
(yes that is extremely fast and would make him one of the fastest footballers in the world), squat 200kg (yes that
is extremely strong considering he weighed 64kg and would make him probably the strongest pound for pound
footballer in the world) and fitness test at 61.5 ml/kg/min. (that means he has elite footballer fitness levels) all
at 15 years of age.
Renovated and developed a 1200 square metre medical centre that includes orthopaedic surgeons,
physiotherapists, osteopath, fitness specialists, massage therapists, nutritionists and more.
Developed, owned and operated my own fitness/rehabilitation business for 13 years, starting from scratch and
building to include 4 studios and over 10 staff.
Invited as a guest lecturer at the Australian Strength and Conditioning Associations highest qualification course,
Level 3 in Strength and Conditioning.
After finishing 7th in the World Championships this athlete came to me wanting to become a World Champion. I
designed and implemented a specific strength and conditioning plan. Across the next four years he won every
event he entered including the World Championships. He went on to win 3 World Championships in total.
Invited as a guest lecturer at Sandon Stolle junior elite tennis day.

A father brought his young tennis playing son to me because he had a large scoliosis of his spine and the doctor
had told him that he would need an operation to have a titanium rod inserted into his spine to straighten his
back. The father wanted to try other options before taking such drastic measures. After 3 months of my
treatment and rehabilitation program he was looking pretty straight. He returned to the doctor and to the
doctors disbelief I had totally corrected the scoliosis. The doctor said he had never seen anything like it before. I
have before and after x-rays as proof.
I have designed and created the most complete and best Strength and Conditioning software program in the
world. Available for release October 2014.
An athlete came to me with a goal that she wanted to play football for Australia but could not get selected. She
was so injured with shin splints and a sore back that she couldn´t train on the field. She would train on a bike
and only play the games on the weekend. After 3 months of my program, she returned to full training. After 12
months she was faster and stronger than she had ever been and after 18 months she was selected in the
Australian National team (Matildas) and remains there some 10 years later.
A professional athlete had broken the same leg (tibia) in virtually the same place 3 times before I arrived at the
club. He had barely played any sport in two years. I fully rehabilitated him and he returned full time to his sport
at professional level and continued to play professionally for many years afterwards.
An athlete came to me after a lower leg injury that resulted in him being laid up in hospital for a month. After
being treated by several different physiotherapists he came to me worried that the injury would end his career. I
had him walking during the first treatment then proceeded to fully rehabilitate him. After 3 months he returned
to his sport without restriction and within the following 12 months won a World Championship. He is still
competing in his sport professionally today.
An amateur athlete presented with pain in his foot whenever he ran. He had been to the best specialists in his
country but no-one could fix his foot and he was told he should stop running. I designed and implement a
treatment and rehabilitation plan and within 3 months I had his foot repaired and he was back participating in
the sport he loves.
A father brought his 15 year old son to me who was suffering from a specific type of muscular dystrophy so
severely that he could not lift his arms above shoulder height and he couldn´t hold anything heavier than 1kg in
his hands because he lacked the strength. The medical diagnosis was that his muscles would continue to waste
away and that was the best he could hope for until they found a cure and he should not do anything strenuous
and certainly not do gym work. His father and I decided we could not make him any worse because he couldn´t
function as he was so I designed a very specific eating plan and strength and conditioning plan and in 6 months
he could wrist curl 25kg in one hand and was fully functional as he still is today. The doctors said they had never
seen anything like it before.
A dual international rugby player had a history of chronic hamstring problems. In fact he was regularly straining
or tearing his hamstring to the point that he was being restricted by it in some form every season. He came to
our club and I designed a treatment plan along with a rehabilitation plan. For the season he was with me he had
no problems with his hamstring, playing the entire season and only missing 40 minutes due to a corked thigh.
That same year he won winger of the year for best winger in the entire elite NRL competition. The best rugby
league competition in the world.
I was offered a position as Head Performance Manager for an elite rugby league club but on declining the
position I did a consultation on their injury, rehabilitation and physical preparation issues they were having. In
the ensuing season their injury status improved significantly and this club went from last to finishing fourth in
the English Super League competition.
I am developing a young female athlete that can squat 90kg and run 40m in 6.26s. She can also run the Illinois
agility test in 17.09s. She played for Valencia CF A team in her age group for 2 seasons. She is only 12 years old
(this one is still a work in progress so keep an eye out). Just for referencing the average 40m speed for a 12yo
Australian girl is 9.17s and for the Illinois agility test, below 17.0s is regarded as excellent for 16-19yo women.
And there is more.
