PROGRAM will be contested by TEAMS of 4.
Build your team with a mix of strengths and techniques to take on the challenges
SATURDAY throughout the day you contest 5 rounds of competition –
2 SuperHuman challenges, 2 Ram Run challenges and THE MONGREL (an evil mix)
Points are scored according to finishing positions – either numbers or timing
SUNDAY morning 9.00 – 10.30 you contest another SuperHuman challenge and finally
select two of your team to face the Ram Run 5km OCR challenge at 11am.
The combined times of the team members will decide your finishing position.
The two non scoring team members can run in the last wave for free or run LAKESIDE RAM 10 or 20KM in
the afternoon for 50% discount

Saturday afternoon your team of 4 runs a relay race over a special 600m short course
incorporating Ram Run obstacles and Superhuman challenges. Team members run one at a time,
in any order, to complete as many Team laps as possible in one hour. This is followed by the 5km
Ram Run on the course that Iron Ram racers will run Sunday. The whole team runs - the result
will be the aggregate time of 3 runners
