Sport Ngin, our website host, has provided the following information

Sport Ngin, our website host, has provided the following information regarding emails associated with accounts.
This may be different than what we have been told before, so please read and make the required edits to your Sport
Ngin account so that everyone can get in the loop on club communications.
1.Each player was registered for tryouts in the Thunder website through a parent account.
The parent account has a main email associated with the account profile.
2. Emails generated by the club are being sent to the main email address associated with the Sport Ngin account used to
register the player for this year’s tryouts.
It does not matter what emails were entered into the online registration form, the system refers to the email address
listed in the account owner’s profile.
3. Some email providers are now sending our messages to your spam or junk mail. Gmail is a large provider that has
recently has started deeming our messages as spam. In order to continue to receive all of TUMFC club emails, please
make sure to add
[email protected] and [email protected] to your email address book.
4. Parents can check their inbox on the website when they sign in to check for any missed emails if your email client is
sending emails to spam or trash. There is a small icon at the top with an envelope that will show the number of emails
in their inbox.
For families with 1 account in our Thunder Sport Ngin Website:

Additional emails can be added to the parent’s account by going into the account profile and following the
simple directions in this link: Add emails to Sport Ngin Profile

Secondary emails WILL NOT receive password resets or registration confirmations. Secondary email addresses
only receive emails sent by the Club.
For families where BOTH parents have Sport Ngin accounts:

If a player’s parents both have sport ngin accounts, these accounts can be linked so that messages associated
with the player registered under the main account are also sent to the 2nd parent’s linked account.

The owner of the account used to register the player must go into their account profile and link the account
profile for the 2nd parent.

The 2nd parent will need to access their Dashboard and accept the invitation once the accounts are linked.

In order to link a second parent account to the MAIN account the player is registered under follow the directions
in this link: Link 2nd account to Main Sport Ngin account
