Note: Seniors cannot have make up exams on Thursday and go to graduation. Seniors will need to take exams
on time or plan to miss the graduation ceremony to take a make-up exam on June 9.

Notes:
 Dismissal is scheduled for 12:45pm, June 3 – June 9.
 June 9 is a make-up exam day only for students with make-up exams. We will have a limited staff on
June 9 due to our Graduation Ceremony at 12:30pm.
 Breakfast and lunch will be served each day.
 Exams will be given according to the schedule above. Exams will NOT be given early.
 Students are required to take final exams in all classes.
 Final exams count as 20% of the final grade for students.
 Students may not leave campus during exams. Students are expected to be in school from 7:15am 12:45pm. There are NO early dismissals during exam week as we cannot disrupt the testing
environment. Please reschedule any doctor appointments scheduled on an exam day.
 Attendance will be taken during all exams each day.
 Students are encouraged NOT to be absent on the day of an exam. If a student is absent on the day of an
exam, he/she will take a make-up exam on the make-up exam day which is June 9.
 Please keep track of your absences (excused and unexcused) so you do not exceed 10 absences in any
course. The last day to do Attendance Recovery for the year is June 7. See Ms. Reda in the main office
if you have questions about Attendance Recovery.
 Students are not allowed to be on the campus of another school during the school day. Sometimes, our
students like to visit their younger siblings and former middle and elementary school teachers, but please
be reminded that during exam week is not a good time for them. They are hard at work and on a regular
schedule! And, our students need to rest and study.
