Everyone has a different reason for joining Jamberry, and that’s why Jamberry provides five different ways
in which you can be compensated under its compensation plan giving you the flexibility to work the plan to
match your time and financial goals. Whether you’re looking to bring in extra money to cover an unexpected
expense, to save for a vacation, or to earn a full-time income, the Jamberry Compensation Plan will reward you
accordingly. In the end, the path you choose is up to you!

FIV E WAYS TO EA RN MONEY a nd REWA R DS
Flex ible Consulta nt Opportunities
Start: Consultant—A new Consultant’s compensation largely consists of personal retail sales commissions
and sales bonuses, and may include some Fast Start Bonuses and Level Overrides on the Consultant’s
frontline recruits. A new Consultant’s compensation is tied mostly to her own personal sales efforts and little
compensation is based on the sales efforts of others.
Transition: Manages a Small Team—A Team Manager’s compensation includes an even larger proportion of level
overrides that go three levels deep and pay the highest percentages on each level offered under the plan. Team
Managers will also receive advancement bonuses as they progress through the career path, and become eligible
to receive additional matching bonuses as members of their downline move up the career path. Because a Team
Manager has built a great team of consultants, while she will still sell at parties, her personal retail sales make up
a much smaller proportion of her overall compensation.
Executive: Focuses on Rising Stars—An Executive’s compensation goes beyond that of a Team Manager because
an Executive manages at least two Team Managers and receives a Generational Override on the entire sales
volume of each Team Manager’s team under her. When a consultant reaches this point on the career path, a
large percentage of her compensation is based on the sales of others in her downline which is paid in the form
of Generational Overrides. Executives work strategically by focusing their time and energy on their rising stars.

Rising stars are consultants in the Executive’s downline who have already advanced several levels in the career
path and are committed to building their Jamberry business. Executives who achieve this level of success can
earn an extremely generous full-time income.
If you sell, you earn. Whether you sell $15 or $3,000 worth of product in a month you get paid a commission
of at least 30% with the potential to earn up to an additional 10% sales bonus. These commission levels make
Jamberry a great opportunity for even those consultants that are not interested in building sales teams, but
prefer to focus on their own parties.

hours per month to hosting parties. If Jamberry will be a replacement to a part-time job you were considering,

than you would likely see at another part-time job.

These examples do not even include the additional income from downline commissions that a Consultant will
earn on her personally sponsored team members and other earning opportunities. If you want to do more

Take a look at all the benefits that sponsoring others add to your bottom line. Work smarter, not harder, simply
by sharing the Jamberry opportunity! Invite everyone to learn more about your business. You don’t need to
know everything about the business to offer the opportunity to someone. Your Sponsor and Team Manager will
be happy to help you sponsor and train your first team members.
When you sponsor just one active Consultant, you will earn 5% on everything they sell. Plus, with the Fast Start
Bonus, you earn an additional 5% on everything they sell when they are in their Fast Start Period (join month +
three full months). That’s a total of 10% on everything your personally sponsored Consultants sell. What’s more,
you earn 5% on whatever their personally sponsored Consultants sell while they are in their Fast Start Period if
you are active.
Sponsor one more consultant and you get a raise again! Now you can earn 7% on everything your personally
sponsored Consultants sell, plus 3% on everything their personally sponsored Consultants sell. Again, you earn an
additional 5% on each when they are in their Fast Start Period—that’s 12% and 8% from your Level 1 and Level 2
Consultants, respectively, on everything they sell during that initial period (join month + 3 full calendar months)!

Hosting a few successful parties is the first step down the Career Path. Once you have experienced how the
parties work, and how well Jamberry products sell, you will have the confidence in the product, the company,
and the opportunity to begin inviting others to join your team and become Jamberry consultants themselves.
Once you have successfully sponsored one or more new consultants, Level Overrides give you the ability to
receive a percentage of the commissionable volume on the sales of your recruits. Helping your recruits catch the
vision of Jamberry and teaching them to recruit their own team is the next step in the Career Path. As your team
grows and your recruits bring their own recruits on to their teams, you will advance up the Career Path and take
advantage of larger overrides that extend deeper in your downline.

COMMISSIONABLE VOLUME: Means 65% of the retail price of a product, unless stated otherwise, and is the amount upon
which commission payments are based (except personal retail sales commissions and sales bonuses, which are based on retail volume).
LEVEL: The position a consultant has in a downline relative to another upline or downline consultant. Consultants personally sponsored
(i.e. first level) are Level One. Those consultants sponsored by Level One consultants are Level Two, relative to the original consultant.
Customers are not considered when counting levels and do not occupy a position in a consultant’s genealogy.
LEVEL OVERRIDE: A percentage of commissionable volume (CV) paid to the first three upline sponsors. The percentages and
number of levels that a consultant receives is based on their Paid-as Title and is regardless of the title of the people below them.
AS YOU CAN SEE, BUILDING A TEAM IS WORTH IT!
Most consultants either see success or sense frustration within the first three months of their business. To
help you and your team become early achievers, Jamberry provides extra incentives for new consultants,
their sponsors, and certain team leaders to put in the efforts necessary to help the new consultant make good
progress along the Career Path during their Fast Start Period. We call this early encouragement our Fast Start
Program. As new consultants make early progress they experience the earning potential available under the
Compensation Plan and find that Jamberry provides them the opportunity to achieve their financial goals. Based
on our experience, consultants who achieve the Fast Start Rewards goals are more likely to become leaders
under the Compensation Plan and to earn much greater compensation.
Consistency is the key to success to your Jamberry business, and it won’t be hard to motivate your new team
members when they see the rewards the Fast Start Program offers. The Fast Start Program is comprised of Fast
Start Rewards and Fast Start Bonuses. Here’s how it works.
FAST STA RT REWA R DS
If you are a new Consultant or are working with new Consultants, the spring board to success under the
Compensation Plan is achieving the Fast Start Rewards. New Consultants can earn one or all of the Fast Start
Rewards as quickly as they want. There are no mandatory waiting periods. Once you achieve a reward criteria,
any excess is applied to the next reward criteria.
The Fast Start Rewards were setup to allow all new Consultants to reach for very achievable goals and to be
rewarded and recognized when they attain them. Rather than being distracted by the various moving parts
in the compensation plan, new Consultants should focus on receiving each of the Fast Start Rewards. Doing
so teaches you about and rewards you for the behaviors that will help you progress down the Career Path to
greater earnings.

Once a Fast Start Period is completed the next one will begin immediately and
any additional volume or recruits carry over. If you miss a goal by the end of the
period you can still achieve the next goal.

FAST START BONUSES
Regardless of your personality or experience with direct selling, everyone can use a hand during their first
three months with Jamberry. The Fast Start Bonuses encourage Sponsors and their Cponsors to assist new
Consultants during the Consultant’first 90 days when it is so critical that they see results and earnings potential.
Sponsors will receive 5% on the Commissionable Volume (CV) of all sales made by their new Consultants during
the month the new Consultant signs up plus the three full calendar months after the signup month (Fast Start
Period). If you have achieved a rank of Advanced Consultant or higher and maintain a Personal Retail Volume of
200 or more each month, then you will also receive 5% on the Commissionable Volume of your recruits’ recruits
(2 levels deep) during their Fast Start Period. And remember, these commissions
are in addition to the Level Overrides you are likely receiving on the sales of the
first and second levels of your downline.

Fast Start Bonuses are only paid to a Sponsor or a Sponsor’s Sponsor if they are “Active.” During their
enrollment month, Consultants are automatically counted as Active regardless of PRV. For all months after
enrollment, Consultants are “Active” if they reach a PRV of 200 during a calendar month. The Fast Start Bonuses
are intended to encourage Sponsors and other team leaders to work closely with new Consultants and help
them achieve success. The more assistance and encouragement you provide new consultants, the higher their
likelihood of success and the more you will be rewarded.
Nothing feels better than setting a goal, accomplishing it, and being recognized for your efforts. The
Compensation Plan provides specific achievable objectives every step along the Career Path and rewards you, your
Sponsor, and upline team leaders when you achieve certain rank advancements for the first time.
As you advance rank not only do you receive praise and admiration from your team, but each advancement
bonus provides a nice reward for the efforts and hard work you have put in to achieve that rank.

As we have shown you, building a team pays in Jamberry. Four of the Golden Behaviors focus on some form
of team building—“Sponsoring,” “Building a Team,” “Leading,” and “Retention.” From Fast-Start Bonuses, to
Advancement + Matching Bonuses and Level Overrides—when you help your team succeed, your compensation
multiplies. But your earning potential does not stop there.

For those consultants who demonstrate true leadership, who have developed team leaders from among the
consultants in their downline, and have earned the rank of Senior Team Manager (or higher) they may receive an
additional override on the Commissionable Volume of the teams in their downline up to five team generations
deep. This override generally runs much deeper in your downline than your Level Overrides and represents one
of the largest pieces of a consultant’s earnings once they are entitled to receive the Generation Overrides.
What is a Generation? A Generation is the relationship between one Team Manager or higher and another Team
Manager or higher, based on Career Titles. If a Team Manager or higher is not paid-as a Team Manager, they are still considered a
Generation to their upline Team Manager or higher.
In this example, Ann is a Generation 1 (or First Generation) to
Jane. Even though Ann is on Jane’s second level, she is still a first
Generation because there are no other Team Managers or higher
between Ann and Jane. Even if there were 5, 10 or 100 levels
between Jane and Ann, if none of them were Team Managers or
higher, Ann would still be a first Generation to Jane. This is one of
the great things about Generations: it doesn’t matter how many
levels deep they occur, they still count toward your Generational
Override!
In the example, Kate is a Generation 2 to Jane and a Generation
Generation 1
to Jane
1 to Ann. Again, even though Kate is on Jane’s third level, she is a
second Generation to Jane. Kate is a second Generation to Jane
because as she looks up, the first Team Manager above her is Ann
(Generation 1) and the second Team Manager or higher above her
is Jane (Generation 2). It’s important to remember that Generations
Generation 2 to Jane,

can occur at any level and Generational Overrides go much deeper
than Level Overrides.
How are Generational Overrides Paid? When you achieve the rank of Senior Team Manager, you
become eligible to receive a 3% Generational Override on all first generation Team Managers (or higher) below you. As an Executive, you
can receive a 4% Generational Override on all first generation Team Managers (or higher) below you, plus a 3% Generational Override
on all second generation Team Managers (or higher). Eventually, you can be earning up to five generations deep! This is the “secret” of all
billion dollar compensation plans, and this is where your Jamberry income can truly skyrocket.

This example demonstrates a first Generation Override on a single
team. Jane is earning Level Overrides three levels deep plus a
Generational Override on sales from consultants five levels deep.
Imagine if Jane had multiple Sues and if Sue had multiple Team
Managers (or higher) under her. Depending on the rank that Jane
has achieved, Jane will receive a Generational Override on the
Commissionable Volume of each of those teams infinitely deep, up to
five Generations deep.

together?
Generational and Level Overrides are not mutually exclusive. You can earn Level Overrides and Generational
Overrides on the same Consultants in your downline. The following example demonstrates this concept:

True leaders are those who have learned the behaviors, habits, and organizational skills to be successful in
Jamberry, and who influence and teach those same skills to their team. In other words, true leaders are those
who are able to motivate, inspire, and train others to achieve the same level of success that they have.
Generational Overrides are the grand prize awarded to leaders who have demonstrated leadership by creating
multiple team leaders in their downlines.

This incentive helps consultants that consistently hold
parties reduce their expense and keep more of the
commissions they receive on their personal sales. Leaders

What does it mean to be an Active Consultant? A Consultant must maintain a Personal Retail
Volume (PRV) of at least 200 per month to be considered Active for that a calendar month. During their enrollment month, Consultants are
automatically counted as Active regardless of their PRV. For all months after their enrollment month, all consultants start out a new month
as “in progress” and become “Active” once they reach the 200 PRV.
While remaining Active does not affect your Personal Retail Sales Commissions and Sales Bonuses, being Active is a prerequisite to be paid
Level Overrides, Fast Start Bonuses, Advancement + Matching Bonuses, and Generational Overrides.
Active Leg: An “Active Leg” is leg that starts from one of your personal recruits and includes at least one consultant that has
achieved a Personal Retail Volume (PRV) of 200 or more during a given month. Having more than one consultant in a single leg that has
achieved a PRV of $00 or greater does not mean the leg counts as more than one Active Leg. The graphics below show examples of one
Active Leg and two Active Legs.

Lead Consultants continue to grow as team builders by
forming a small team. The Lead Consultants have added
requirements with big payouts. Lead Consultants are

coaching their downline. When you achieve Lead Consultant
rank, this is the first time a Team Retail Volume (TRV) level
is required.
As your team grows, so does your TRV requirement, which is a win for everyone since, ultimately, it is volume
that drives earnings. TRV requirements must be met monthly.
As a Lead Consultant you can receive increased Level 1 and 2 Overrides, a $100 Advancement Bonus, plus your
Sponsor can receive a $100 Matching Bonus.

Understanding Titles
A critical part of advancing is knowing exactly what you have left to accomplish to achieve your next rank.
Because Active Legs, and titles and Team Retail Volume are metrics used to determine when you advance rank,
explanations and examples of each are included below.
Titles—Ca r eer Title vs Paid-As Title
Because you and your team’s performance under the compensation plan may vary from month to month,
Jamberry has determined that every consultant will have a Paid-As Title and a Career Title.

Ca r eer Title
Your Career Title is a recognition title and generally reflects the highest title you have achieved. A Consultant’s
Career Title up to Premier Consultant never changes. For Consultants with Career Titles of Team Manager and
above, their title will not change so long as they are paid-as their Career Title at least once every six months.
This makes your Career Title a much more stable title, unlike your Paid-As Title which may change from month to
month.
Paid-As Title
Your Paid-As Title is the title that determines your commissions. Your Paid-As Title is determined by you and
your team’s monthly performance. If you fail to achieve your Career Title level during any month, then you are
paid at the lower title for which you do qualify during the period, but you retain your Career Title for recognition
purposes. Simply put, if you have an off month, you will receive compensation at the title for which the
requirements are met (your Paid-As Title), but keep your highest earned title (your Career Title).

advantage of team Generational Overrides and you unlock the door to significant earnings. You have worked
