There will be a mandatory SADD meeting tomorrow morning at 7:00 am in the library. We will be
taking our picture for the Yearbook at this time so don’t be late.

All student partnership materials for April are due to Mr. Naylor by today.

Students invited to the MAARC awards, please turn your rsvp into Mrs. Barsamian the office as soon as possible.

Harborside volunteers are needed for the Special Olympics track and field events in Racine this
Saturday. If you are interested, see Ms. Zange or Mr. Bochnovic. Permission slips are due by Friday
morning. It is a way to get community service hours, but more than that, this is a meaningful and
memorable opportunity with which to help out.

Attention all Harborside students! Harborside is hosting the Root-Pike Water initiative May meeting on local
Water Issues on Saturday May 12th here at Harborside Academy. Everyone is invited! Anyone who wants to
help with set up, ushering, childcare, or teaching children about local water issues, please see Mr. Gransee in
Room 201 as soon as possible. This is a great opportunity and will count for community service hours.

There will be a Uniting for Uganda meeting tomorrow in Mrs. Stark’s Room 106 until 3:30 pm. New members are
always welcome. Please come ready to plan and take charge of some new fundraisers.

Post Prom Party tickets continue to be on sale at the school store during lunch. This party is open to all grades and
the cost is $5. If you have already purchased a prom ticket, the cost is $3.

Any 9th grade girls interested in Tremper golf for the fall, please stop by the Main Office for information for the
season which starts August 6th with a team meeting for parents and athletes.

Crew Council meets on Friday after school in the library until 4:15 pm.
