Add apples, butter, cinnamon, cumin, honey and cider vinegar and salt. Simmer on medium heat until apples are tender and all flavors are combined, about 3 to 4 minutes. Brown the ground meat in large nonstick skillet over medium heat 8-10 minutes or until no longer pink, breaking up into small crumbles. Pour off drippings.
