Program Coordinator Amanda Dotson 513.735.8881 [email protected] Location: Camp Allyn 1414 Lake Allyn Rd. Batavia, OH 45103 Sam has worked at Stepping Stones for over 13 years. She has a degree in Special Education and is the past Director of Cincinnati Recreation Commission, Division of Therapeutic Recreation. Sam has a passion for innovative program design and serving individuals with various levels of disabilities. Dottie manages the activity and safety of all campers, to ensure the best summer possible. She is a graduate of Bowling Green University, with a background in Developmental Disabilities and Habilitation and Education. Dottie is the proud mom of her two cats Romona and Beezus. Candace is in her first summer at Stepping Stones and is excited to gain new experience, build memories and help participants achieve personal goals. As the program supervisor, she oversees the specialists and the development of programs at Camp Allyn. Meghan manages all Recreation & Leisure programs to ensure quality and safety for our participants at both the Allyn and Given Campuses. She worked as the Program Coordinator of our Given Campus before moving into the management role last fall. Meghan has BA in English and History from Centre College and is a Special Education graduate of Xavier University. Katie came to Stepping Stones in the spring and is excited for summer! She has a passion for camp and has experience in similar programs for people with disabilities. Katie worked with Easter Seals at Camp Wawbeek in Wisconsin for three years. She is responsible for program staff and ensures programs run smoothly. Abby is from Northeastern, Ohio and is a recent graduate of the College of Wooster with a degree in Religious Studies and Early Childhood Education. This summer, Abby will supervise day camp and work closely with staff to provide the safest and most fun experience possible for our campers! Like our Facebook page for regular updates on camp life! Be sure to look in your camper’s backpack for this fun newsletter written by camp staff and program specialists, using photos from around camp.
