B: P1 & P2 paddle backwards to
middle and circle, fronts facing. P1 to
P4 and P2 to P3.
L1: P1 to P3 and P2 to P4. Edge
Paddler Portage
B: P1 to P2. P2 onto P1 deck. P4
holds P2 kayak. P1 with P2 to P3. P2
to P3 deck. P3 with P2 to P4. P2 to
P4 deck, P3 holds kayak. P4 with P2
on deck to P1. P1 with P2 on deck to
P3. P2 gets into kayak to P4.
Blade Runner
B: P1 & P2 to middle. Blade on one
side. At middle switch stroke side. P3
& P4 repeat, continue.
L1: P1 & P2 meet in middle with
blade immersed on one side. At
middle, go backwards blade
immersed other side.
Out and In
B: P1 to middle, wet exit, paddlefloat
re-entry and continues with spare.
P2, P3, P4 repeat. Water in okay.
L1: cowboy re-entry and boat empty.
L2: Exit kayak, crawl over hull, reenter roll up, water in
Twist and Shout
B: P1 to middle, legs out, rotate 360.
To P2. P3, P4 repeat.
L1: get flag tape from bow
L2: flag tape from stern.
Chariot Races
B: P1 holds P3. P3 one foot in each
cockpit, stand. To P2-P4, P2 & P4 sit
until P1-P3 cross, then stand.
L1: Repeat all try standing
L2: go backwards
Tow Me Another One
B: P1 and P3 contact tow to middle,
switch roles to finish line. P2 & P4
repeat.
L1: Medium tow P1 tows P3 to
middle, switch. P2 & P4 repeat.
L2: All to middle. P1 & P3 inline long
tow P2 holding P4. To P1 start.
Switch.
All Hands On Deck
B: P1 & P2 to middle. P1 around P2
boat with hands. P2 does same. P3 &
P4 repeat.
L1: Handler goes backwards.
Get Into the Tow
B: P1 to P2, clips medium tow to P2,
P1-P2 to P3. P1-P2-P3 to P4. P1-P2P3-P4 to finish.
Pivots
B: P1 to middle, pivot turn goes to
P2. P2, P3, P4 repeat.
L1: Same but reverse pivot
L2: Same paddle on one side

Time to Draw
B: P1 and P2 to middle then draw to
the opposite. P1 and P2 meet first
before drawing.

Sweep it Up
B: P1 meets P2 in middle sweep
same direction. P1 to P4, P2 to P3
repeat.
L1: Same with reverse.
L2: P1 forward sweep, P2 reverse
inside P1 circle. P3 & P4 repeat.
Daisy Do
B: P1 & P2 to middle with bows
touching, together 180 degrees P3 &
P4 repeat.
L1: draw strokes
L2: 360 degrees
Getting Handy
B: P1 use spare to middle then hands
to P2. P3 & 4 repeat.
L1: only hand paddle
L2: Hand paddle backwards to
middle point, spare backwards to
finish line
Kick in the Assisted
B: P1 to P2 in middle. P1 exits when
P2 touches. Assisted re-entry with no
water in kayak. P1 to P4, P2 P3
repeat.
L1: Same and P2 contact tows P1 to
start. P3 signals P4 to meet in
middle, repeat.
L2: Same with scoop re-entry and
both pump. Kayak must be
‘substantially empty’
Option A: P1 to middle and dumps.
P2 starts after dump
Blind Leaders
B: Blindfold P1 to P2 with vocal
directions. Switch. P2 to P3, P3 to
P4, P4 to P1.
L1: same backwards
L2: must do a pivot at middle
Sitting Down on the Job
B: P1 sits on the back deck to P2. P3
and P4 repeat.
L1: same backwards
L2: pivot at middle line
High Five
L1+: P1 & P2 to middle, high brace
on boats at same time. High 5. P3 &
P4 repeat.
L2+: dos sea dos, brace both sides
Switcharoo
B: P1 and P2 to middle and switch
boats. P1 to P4 & P2 to P3. P3 & P4
to middle and repeat.
L2+: wet exit, re-enter roll up others
kayak. Water in okay.
Switcharoo Too
As above back into own boat.
Musical Boats
All to middle, switch kayaks, must
cross start/finish line in a different
kayak. Finish on other side.
Roll Me Another One
L3+: P1 to middle, rolls three times
then to P2. P2, P3, P4 repeat.
Tow and Top
L2+: P1 to middle towing P3 in water
with kayak. Middle switch. P2 & P4.
