PreVas Single-Use Fill Needles
Filling needles can be damaged during operation or in the
cleaning process, and can be a challenge to clean properly.
PreVAS single-use needles offer a new solution. The singleuse needles are constucted of 316L, passivated,
hypodermic/fractional tubing, overmolded with medical
grade, ADCF, Class VI polycarbonate. They are molded in a
Class 100,000 clean room and ultrasonically cleaned prior
to packaging in a Class 10,000 environment. By simply
using new needles with each batch, you can be assured
that your needles are clean, sterile and straight.
Note: All needle tips are 1.5” (38mm) long, except for the 4.6
and 5.5 needles which are .250” (6.35mm) OD all the way from
the bottom of the plastic tube fitting (barb) at the top down to
the tip.
