Sodexo Catering at Utica College is pleased to provide this Shoestring Catering!
Shoestring Catering is a low-cost, no frills segment of Flavours
Catering that is ONLY available to:
 Student Government
 Residential Students
 Student Senate
 Registered student groups for the enhancement of
student life on campus.
In order to qualify for Shoestring prices, these guidelines
need to be followed:
 Order must be placed ONE WEEK prior to the event.
 Food request must come from the Shoestring menu
 A budget code MUST be provided three business
days prior to the event.
Please note: Orders not placed within one week of the event
are NOT eligible for Shoestring pricing.



All appropriate paper products will accompany
orders.
There are additional charges for linen and skirting.
All table, chair and trash can setups must be taken
care of by the Student Organization.
Labor & Delivery Costs: THIS IS A PICK UP SERVICE. If you
need delivery please let us know. Delivery can be made
during regular business hours (Monday thru Friday
between 8:00am – 5:00pm). After hours fees will apply
after 5:00pm, or on the weekends.
Special Orders: If the Shoestring menu does not fit your
needs, we will gladly work with your approved group to
accommodate your food and budget requirements. Please
contact the catering office at 315.792.3178 to request an
appointment.
