2) Major clinical changes
The following have been updated with the latest MHRA guidance:
Direct acting antivirals for treatment of chronic hepatits C (Daklinza, Exviera, Harvoni,
Olysio, Sovaldi and Viekirax) with the risk of Hepatitis B reactivation in co-infected
patients and the need to screen all patients.
Apremilast (Otezla) with the increased risk of suicidal thoughts and behaviour.
