Read these instructions about accidents and first aid from a health and safety handbook,

Must is used in two ways in the texts to give instructions
Example 1:

This is must + be + past participle
This is must + verb (without ‘to’)
In this sentence accidents are very
important and come first in the sentence.
We don’t need to say who reports them.
In this sentence the person (you/first aiders/
your manager) who completes the form
is very important and comes first in the
sentence. This is normal word order.
Read the instructions from the health and safety handbook again. Underline all
examples of the use of the verb ‘must’.
