Boot Camp & Core Training
Core Training classes are focused on strengthening your core muscles that are responsible for stabilizing and protecting the spine. Through good from and training, a stronger core means a stronger foundation for day-­‐to-­‐
day exercise and movements.
Boot Camp incorporates drills & muscle conditioning exercises designed to enhance agility, power, quickness and strength. Boot Camp is a total body workout in one hour of power exercises! BODYFLOW ™ is the Yoga, Tai Chi, Pilates workout that builds flexibility and strength while leaving you feeling centered and calm -­‐ a holistic and balanced workout!
