New Board is Elected
On Wednesday, July 1st, the following
residents were elected to the Master
Board:
Jeff Mangan – President
Jane O’Brien – Secretary

Meet our new Board
Buzz is an 11 year resident of
Wilshire Lakes, who has been
married to Barbara for 25 years
and has 2 children, daughter
Kylie, 21, and son Pete, 19, both
of whom attend FSU. He owns a
local insurance agency and enjoys golf, exercising, a good book
and good friends.
Bernie has lived in Wilshire
Lakes for 10 years and in Naples
since 1990 with her husband, Joe
and their two kids, Alex & Joseph. She is a real estate agent
and enjoys working with buyers
and sellers in the Naples area.
Jane is the mother of two beautiful girls, Danielle and Kelly, and
three puppies, Max, Casey and
Princess. She is seen often rollerblading through the neighborhood.
Kevin has lived in Wilshire Lakes
for 13 years and looks forward to
serving on the board. He and his
wife Kristy, have two sons, Tyler
(8) and Peyton (5).
Jeff has been a resident of Wilshire
Lakes since 1996. He looks forward
to serving on the Board of Directors
during the next year and would like
to thank the 2007-2009 Board

From the Board
As our new Board begins its work, we would like to take this
opportunity to bring everyone up to date on projects currently
taking place in Wilshire Lakes.
Preserve maintenance will occur during the month of July and
required preserve monitoring will take place in August. Tree
trimming has been scheduled in phases over the next few
months. Hardwoods will be trimmed in July and ficus hedges
along Wilshire Lakes Blvd in phases 1 and 2 will be trimmed in
August. All palm trees will be trimmed at the end of October.
Pine Straw is scheduled to be put down during the third week
of November throughout the community.

The Master Board
Summer annuals were installed throughout the community
during the month of June and sod replacement is scheduled
for July along portions of Wilshire Lakes Blvd. in Phase 1.
The Wilshire Pines Clubhouse has had exterior painting completed this month and the pool deck and furniture will be
refurbished in August. The entry monuments to Wilshire Pines
are scheduled to be cleaned and painted during the month of
August.

A new fountain on the lake at Clear Lake Circle will be installed during the month of July.
We are pleased to report that Chuck Garot will remain the
ARB Chairperson for the next year and he will also be assisting
the Board with financials each month. Alicia Astorga will
continue in the capacity of Communications Director. We
thank them both for their much appreciated contributions to
Wilshire Lakes.

As a reminder, please note that Tony Iannone, our property
manager with IPM, is in Wilshire Lakes every Wednesday. He
can be found in the Main Clubhouse from 10 to 11 a.m. and is
available to answer questions, install barcodes or speak with
you regarding specific needs.
We ask that residents do not drop off items to Board members
at their homes at any time unless the appointment has been
prearranged. All information or paperwork should be returned
directly to IPM by dropping it off at their offices, mailing to
