Protein Bars INGREDIENTS: 2 cups (160g) oats 4 scoops (120g) protein powder 5 tablespoon (80g) peanut butter 1/2 cup milk DIRECTIONS: 1.Mix everything in a bowl and stir well. Note:Depending on your protein powder, you might need more or less milk to get a thick consistency. 2.Take some of the mixture with your hands and put it in a baking pan, push it down so it forms into a nice square form. 3.Put the baking pan in the freezer for 30 minutes. 4.Cut the final product into smaller pieces and enjoy!
