By air
Santander’s Parayas airport is located 7 kms. from the city and operates direct flights to and from
other major Spanish cities and London (Stanstead), Liverpool, Rome and Frankfurt.

Bilbao international airport, located in Loiu, just 100 kms. from Santander, has regular flights to and
from London (Heathrow & Stanstead) and ten other main European capitals. It also operates flights
to and from the principal cities in Spain.
A continuous bus service to the city of Santander is available from Bilbao Airport and from the Port
of Santurce (P&O Ferry Terminal, close to Bilbao).

By sea
Just a few metres from the Jardines de Pereda gardens and the Paseo (avenue) with the same name,
in the heart of the city, you will find Santander’s “Estación Marítima”, the destination of two weekly
crossings from the U.K. (Plymouth) between 16th March and 13th November.

By train
The RENFE train station is located in the “Plaza de las Estaciones” square, in the heart of Santander.
There are two daily “Talgo” trains from Madrid and one from Alicante, as well as a daily express
train from Madrid and Intercity services connecting with Spain’s principal cities.
There are also three trains daily from Bilbao, and two from Oviedo and several local train services.

By bus
At the Bus Station, also located in the “Plaza de las Estaciones”, you will find the offices for all the
bus companies operating in the region and linking Santander with the rest of Spain and Europe.

By car
-From Bilbao, by the A-8.
-From Madrid, by the A-1 to Burgos and the N-623 through the “Puerto del Escudo”.
-From Barcelona by the N-II to Logroño, connecting to the A-8 in Bilbao.
-From Oviedo by the A-66 to Unquera and by the A-8 to Torrelavega and from there by the A-67 to
Santander.
-From León by the N-621, through the “Puerto de San Glorio”.
-From Palencia by the N-611 following the Reinosa and Torrelavega route.

HOW TO GET TO THE “PALACIO DE EXPOSICIONES”

FACILITIES FOR IMPAIRED PERSONS
Access to the Palacio is adapted for impaired persons, who may enter with those accompanying
them. A hostess service will also be provided to assist them inside the Palacio. A special channel will
be available for people with hearing aids or hearing difficulties.
SIMUILTANEOUS INTERPRETATION
A simultaneous interpretation service in english will be provided throughout the AGM. Connection
to this service may be requested from any hostess.
NECESSARY DOCUMENTS
On entering the Palacio, you will be asked for your Attendance/Proxy/Distance Voting Card and the
Attendance/Proxy/Distance Voting Cards by which another shareholder has granted his/her
representation to you, as well as your official identification document (Passport, Spanish Foreign
Resident’s Card or National Identity Card).
