Frequently Asked Questions Where is the meeting point for my tour? 36 Avenue de la Bourdonnais 75007 Paris. Here you will find the Easy Pass office. It is about a three-minute walk from the Eiffel Tower. Check in opens 30 minutes in advance and closes 5 minutes prior to the tour time. All guests must arrive at the meeting point at least 15 minutes early. (If you are confirmed on a NYE tour please meet at the "Pilier Sud" written on the South Leg). The voucher is not redeemable at the Eiffel Tower. Please do not go to any of the Eiffel Tower ticket windows, box offices or entry points. This voucher is only redeemable with Easy Pass Tours. You must find an Easy Pass Tours Staff member in order to get your tickets. The Eiffel Tower will not know anything about your booking, as this voucher can only be used with Easy Pass Tours. Due to stairs on the Eiffel Tower, this activity is not suitable for guests in wheelchairs. The Eiffel Tower does not permit any persons in wheelchairs to ascend the elevators to the Summit. How many minutes prior to tour time should I meet? We request that all guests arrive at least 15 minutes before the scheduled start time. Due to the exclusive and timed nature of our entries, it's imperative that all guests arrive on time. We do not have the luxury of waiting for guests who are running late, or catching them up after the fact. How many people will be in my tour group? For the Eiffel Tower Tours, we limit the group size to 20 guests per tour guide. Are children allowed on the Eiffel Tower Tours? Of course! We are always eager to host families on our tours. Is there a reduced price for kids/students/infants/seniors? All entrance tickets for our Tower offerings are with adult tickets and therefore there are no reductions. Infants (ages 0 - 3) are, however, free of cost on all Tower activities. What is the weather policy for Easy Pass Tours? All of our tours operate rain or shine. If rain is in the forecast, please plan accordingly and bring rain gear with you. On occasion the Eiffel Tower will limit access to the summit or other areas based on incliment weather. We are not able to offer any refunds for any closures or delays that result from actions outside of our immediate control. Can we eat on the Tower after the tour? Certainly, but you should make a reservation on the restaurant's website in advance to guarantee a table. Payment & Ticketing Conditions: Vouchers need to be exchanged locally. The voucher must be handed to your Tour Guide. We require full payment within 7 days of confirmation. For bookings made within 14 days, full payment is required prior to confirmation.
