camper’s guideline
admission conditions
The campsite is part of the Domaine National de
Saint-Cloud, an historical monument. Thus, it is exclusively
dedicated to tents.
The campsite is only for people with a 3-days pass for the
festival Rock en Seine.
Will be asked at the entrance :
The 3-days pass + the camping pass + an ID. In exchange,
a “camping bracelet” will be givent to you for the 3 days
of the festival. Minors must come with a responsible adult.
Minors over 16 who come without any adult will be admited only if they present a parental authorization with a
copy of the parent ID. The access to the camping and the
festival is forbidden to children under 3 and is not advised
for children under 6 for safety and confort reasons.
Licence fee
Licence fees are paid in advance on the festival website. Rates are calculated by pitch and not by person.
They include the 3 nights of the 28th, 29th and 30th of August and a package including 2 or 4 breakfasts by day for
5 euros VAT (1 hot drink, 1 cold drink, 1 croissant, 1 chocolat
croissant) :
- Package for a 2 places tent (2x3m) : 60 euros
- Package for a 2 places tent + breakfast : 90 euros with
2 breakfast per day
- Package for a 4 places tent (4x3m) : 120 euros
- Package for a 4 places tent + breakfast : 180 euros with
4 breakfast per day
- No breakfast ticket will be sold on the site.
Tents and camp material must be settled on the place indicated by Rock en Seine. The festival does not propose any
tent rental. Caravans or vehicules will not be accepted.
opening times
On Friday 28th from 10 a.m to 3 a.m, on Saturday 29th and
Sunday 30th from 7 a.m to 3 a.m and on Monday 31st from
7 a.m to noon.
Campers must leave the campsite not later than midday on
the Monday the 26th.
INSTALLATION
The tent or the material has to be set up at the indicated
place as per Rock en Seine representative instructions.
There are no tents to be rented on site and caravans or any
other vehicles are not accepted in the camping.
pedestrians and vehicles traffic
> Pedestrians
Getting in and out of the camping is possible all day long.
The camping is closed at night from 3:00 to 7:00 am.
Visitors are not allowed to get in the camping area.
> Vehicles
The parking area is located inside The Domaine national
de Saint Cloud. For this reason, you will be charged of
4 Euros per vehicle to get in. The parking will be closed
from 1:00 to 7:00 am. Please make sure to take all your
belongings before closing time and, if you leave by car,
you won’t be able to come back before 7:00 am.
lockers
The festival lockers, located at the entrance of the camping, allow the campers to leave some personal belongings
except valuable materials such as audio, videos, cameras
etc... We invite the users to take the usual surveillance
precautions of their personal belongings.
Security (theft / fire)
> Fire: Open fires (wood, charcoal, etc.) and stoves are
strictly prohibited.
In case of fire, please immediately alert the
direction of the welcome desk, which will call the first aid.
> Injuries: Pocket knives are allowed in the campsite but large knives, axes, blunt, sharp and
cutting objects are forbidden. To avoid any cuts
or else, glass and cans are not allowed within the site of the festival in general (you can take
plastic bottles, 0,5 L maximum).
> Thefts: The festival management is only liable for items
left in the lockers. Campers are responsible of their
personal belongings.
> Assistance: Security agents and an aid station are
present 24 hours on the
field of the camping. By the way, we expect you to warn
the security of any suspicious presence.
upkeep and respect towards INSTALLATIONS
Glass, weapons, animals and fire of any kind (barbecues,
camp fire, stoves, etc) are prohibited within the camping.
> Rubbish bags and ashtrays will be distributed at the
welcome desk of the camping in order to respect
the site, for an Eco-citizen approach. Campers have
to make sure they collect their rubbish and their
cigarette-butts and throw them in the closest bin. Each
has to hold himself or herself to do any action that could
degrade the property and hygiene of the installations and
especially of the restrooms.
> It is prohibited to destroy the ground and the
trees, and to cut their branches. Any degradation actions against vegetation, gates, ground or
installations will make its author liable and
he/she will have to pay for the restoration.
The camp site should be left as the end of the
festival as it was found upon arrival.
games
No violent game can be organised close to the
installations.
Children have to be kept under the surveillance of their parents, who are liable of them.
noises and silences
The users have to respect the calm of the camping in order
not to disturb their camper-neighbours, animations zone
being foreseen. Sound apparels have to be adjusted at low
volume and conversations have to remain calm.
INFRACTION to the rules
In case of any disturbing behaviour or disrespect towards the present guidelines, the
festival management is allowed if necessary
to ask for the security help, and eventually to
expulse the troublemakers. In case of penal
infraction, the festival could call the police.
