Trailers will be moved from
the beach between the
following times:
Sunday 21 April: 11am –
5pm
Monday 22 April: 8am –
5pm
All club or private vehicles
strictly prohibited on the
beach.
Team Managers are strongly
advised to move craft off
the beach as soon as
possible once finished with.
Craft trailer pickup loading zone (min of 2 persons must arrive with
vehicle, 1 wait in club vehicle & 1 collect trailer in SLSA event vehicle)
To move your gear trailer off the beach the following steps will need to be followed:
Admin centre: Team manager reports in to admin centre to list a time they plan to pick up trailer.
At designated time, a minimum of 2 club members MUST arrive with the vehicle at cnr Lang St & Pacific Pde to
enter controlled traffic zone. If less than 2 people are in the vehicle, you will not gain access.
Vehicles will then wait in loading zone and drop 1 club member with an SLSA event vehicle to locate and pick up
your club’s trailer whilst the other member does not leave the vehicle.
At the main entrance, the trailer will then be detached from the SLSA event vehicle and onto the waiting club
vehicle.
Trailers and vehicles will then exit onto roundabout via traffic control direction.
If you wish to pick up your trailer on Saturday, please contact Admin centre to coordinate.

Access to the compound will enter the controlled traffic zone same as the above ‘on beach’ pickup, with the only change
to enter the main driveway along a one way route (purple on above map) through to the craft compound and exit near
intersection of Musgrave and Haig streets.
