1. Local and State Rules govern this competition.
2. Eligibility: Open to all residents of the USA.
3. Entry Procedure: Entry form must be filed in advance of receiving date.
Entry forms may be obtained at the Fair Office, 10 Avenue of the Flags, San
Rafael, CA 94903. You may also enter online at marinfair.org.
4. Exhibit Reclaim: Entries must be picked up on release day. Entries will
only be released by presenting your claim check, personal identification, or a
signed letter of authorization from the exhibitor.
5. Liability: Every precaution will be taken in the handling and exhibiting of
work; however, the Fair will not be responsible for loss or damage which may
occur from any cause. Submission of entries implies acceptance of all
conditions stated in these rules.
6. General: Accepted works shall NOT BE REMOVED from the show prior to
pickup dates as stated in these rules. Works must remain as installed.

Make and/or Decorate a Picture Frame.
There are no restrictions on the materials you can use to make or decorate your
picture frame. You may use any combination of two and three dimensional objects,
fabric, glued on objects, recycled or earth-friendly material, etc. Be creative!
Maximum size for frame is 18” x 18”.
