Once you reach the AIRE home page you must edit your “stay” screen by clicking on the icon
that looks like a pencil. In order to register in the Spanish courses you must have arrived at
UPV and your status must be “Enrolled UPV” or “In UPV”.
Once in the editing window, you must go to the “Languages/Mentor” tab.
Option 1. You have not studied Spanish during the first semester.
If you just arrived for semester B, or you didn’t take any Spanish language course during the
first semester, this will be the normal view of your “Languages/Mentor” tab:

Take into account that you must have uploaded your Spanish certificate, and the international
office of your UPV school/faculty must have confirmed your level of Spanish language.
In the screen above, you can see that the current level of Spanish confirmed in the system for
the student in the example is B1.
There is a button to apply for the Spanish course. Once this button is pressed, the system adds
the Spanish Language course of the following level (13459-Español IV-General (B) B2 level in
the example) as shown in the next screenshot:

You can see the “Apply Spanish course” button only if you have succeeded in your Spanish
language course during the first semester. If you failed or withdrew the course, you won’t be
allowed to take Spanish course during second semester.
In the screenshot above, you can see the 1st semester mark, and the button to apply for
