When you have registered your phone and have a preloaded token

When you have registered your phone and have a preloaded token, you can manage your remote access
by logging in at https://remote.mmu.ac.uk/
Click Manage my access
Once you have clicked the link, log in following the prompts.
Enter your usual MMU ID and password on the first page and click Login.
On the second page, authenticate by entering your preloaded six-digit token and click the Login button.
Once you have authenticated, you can change your telephone number as well as your secret questions
and answers.
If you have changed your phone or lost your phone, you can log in to our Emergency Access at
https://secureaccess.mmu.ac.uk/sechelpdesk/
This link is also available on the remote access page, https://remote.mmu.ac.uk/
Click Emergency access
Once you have clicked the link, enter your MMU ID.
Click Continue.
On the next screen, enter your normal MMU password – and click Login
The next screen will prompt you for the answer to one of your secret questions. Type in your answer and
click Login.
You can now change your mobile phone number.
If you are without a mobile phone, you can input a temporary token of six digits and choose how many days
it will last (minimum of one, maximum of seven).
This temporary token can be used in exactly the same way as a normal token until it expires, to access
http://remote.mmu.ac.uk/ and to manage your account at https://secureaccess.mmu.ac.uk/secenrol/
The temporary token should only be used when you are temporally without or between phones.
Once you have a mobile phone, you should use the temporary token to link your account to your new
phone, using the Manage my access link.
