NAMEID and set to <Null>.
This attribute is common to all features; however
is set within feature classes within each theme.

Description
Feature class sub type is used with other unique
field names to distinguish different types of
features. Refer to the Theme sections and
Attribute Values.
The number of inhabitants in a given place.
(Modified Merriam-Webster Dictionary)
Valid count must be greater than or equal to
500. Unknown population count indicated by 99.
The date the population count was conducted.
(WA) Unknown date of population count
indicated by 31/12/9999 (default unassigned
value).
Type of place such as town, aboriginal
community or mining centre.
A unique identifier that remains associated with
a feature for the life of that feature. A
“GLOBALD” will not change as a result of minor
maintenance operations for example, a feature
will retain its current “GLOBALID” if the digitised
co-ordinates describing its geometry are
replaced by more accurate values, or the
feature's name is changed. Global ID and GUID
ESRI field data types store GUID values which
are a 36 character sequence of hexa- decimal
digits enclosed in curly braces e.g. {6B29FC40CA47-1067-B31D-00DD010662DA}. GUID
values are used to uniquely identify each feature
within and across geodatabases. Global ID field
values are automatically populated and
maintained by ArcGIS, this differs to GUID field
values which must be manually attributed.
Global IDs are a prerequisite for geodatabase
replication. This is a system managed attribute
cannot be changed by the users.
A programmatically controlled system value. Not
editable and of no consequence to users.
