Coach assembles team OUTSIDE of room (usually
in hallway outside concession stand or if it’s a
nice day, outside in the park.).
ONLY COACH comes in room to receive team’s
shirts, hats and Little League patches.
Coach also gets ONE coach polo (adult size, nonnumbered shirts are included with team shirts for
assistant coach(es) and/or the team parent.)
If MP, Minors, Majors, those players also receive
pants.
o Players line up at door OUTSIDE concession
stand.
o They should know their size BEFORE they line
up for their pants. Sample pants are in the
hallway for players to try on.
o Player indicates pants size, board member
gives them pants at door.
o Player leaves with pants, goes to team
meeting spot with coach to get rest of their
uniform.
ROOM SET-UP
Set-Up (see diagram below)

Place shirts, hats, patches, first aid kit on table in order of distribution, starting with Miami and continuing through rest of
12:30 teams, then move on to 12:45 teams, 1:00 teams, etc.

If you run out of room start back at beginning of set-up and place teams on floor under tables continuing order.

DO NOT MOVE TEAMS UP TO TABLE before all table-top uniforms are distributed, once all on table-top are distributed you
can pull those from the floor up. You can continue to move teams forward to that first table as uniforms are distributed, that
way you’ll always have the teams that are scheduled to come in right at the front.
Divide Coach shirts by sizes and place under table, each team gets ONE coach shirt for the manager (head coach). All uniform
sets have two adult shirts with no numbers for assistant coaches and/or team parent.
Place uniform pants inside concession, organized by size. Tape size signs on the wall above.
Put sample pants on tables in hallway with size signs and signs instructing players to determine uniform pant size before
coming to room.
NOTE: NO PANTS for T-Ball players.
