This week in maths we
have been looking at
solving addition and
subtraction number
sentences.
We have also looked
at using the inverse
operation to find a
missing number in a
number sentence.
As part of our celebration of reading, we would like
the children to make their favourite books into a
model in a box. These story boxes will then be
incorporated into our lessons, library time and
speaking and listening activities. Please enjoy talking
through the key events of their chosen stories whilst
constructing their boxes. Discuss the highs, lows,
funny parts and sad moments, their favourite parts
or perhaps bits that they would like to change- but
most importantly- have fun whilst doing so!
