Dollars for Scholars is a nationwide scholarship program with a local chapter In
Bismarck. It is a scholarship program for graduating high school seniors. During
our 25th reunion we raised $2,000 and we were able to sponsor four $500.00
scholarships for BHS grads – how cool! Over the years, we have heard from
these winners and they are all greatly appreciative!
This year, the goal is much larger! We would like to see if we can raise $5000.00
so that our class can sponsor one $500.00 scholarship for the next ten years! We
were the first class from BHS who has stepped up for this wonderful opportunity
and we were a great success. Now, let's see if we can do it bigger and better and
make a difference for many more BHS graduates!

Can I register online? - No, if you plan on coming, and we hope you do, please use pages 3 and 4
of the document, complete them, (print nicely-our eyes are 48 not 22), and send those two pages and

Can I register now and pay at the door? No, we have deposits and such to be made and payment
is required with your registration. All registrations are due on 5/27/11.
Is the Elks night a family night? All events are for classmates and spouses only. Sorry, there are
no family events this year.
Is there an all-school event this year? As of this mailing, there is an all-school social tentatively
planned for Saturday evening after 8:00 at the Bistro.
