space including cyclorama at one end.

facing windows), high ceilings, ground floor roller door access, ample parking, heating and
cooling and a clean, fully professional working environment. Ideally suited for fashion,
product and portraiture, seminars and corporate launches.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES
CAMERA AND LIGHTING HIRE: A range of lighting and camera equipment is available for
hire. Please see separate hire list and contact us for additional items as required.
EVENTS: Blue Tree Studios is an ideal location for private functions including event and
product launches, seminars, PR events and media presentations of up to 100 guests.
CATERING: We have a number of excellent local caterers we can recommend. Please
advise your requirements and budget and we can arrange on your behalf.
ASSISTANTS / DIGITAL OPERATORS: We have a small but high quality list of experienced
assistants and digital operators available on request.
PRODUCTION: Casting, talent, location scouting, travel & accommodation, logistics, hair &
makeup, props, stylists and logistics. Please call to discuss
POST PRODUCTION: Full post-production services are available through our in-house
retouching service. Includes Digital file preparation, pre-press, professional retouching and
compositing.
PAPER ROLLS: We have a range of coloured background paper rolls available for hire.
STUDENT LIGHTING: A basic 3 light kit is available for student photographers. Please
contact for details.

OTHER INFORMATION
•
A 50% deposit is required upon booking the studio, with the balance paid in full the
day of the shoot.
•
Studio is available for hire 24 hours/day, 7 days a week. Bookings outside normal
hours upon application.
•
The studio must be left in the same condition as it was found at the start of the
hire. Cleaning, repainting, repairs and administrative costs will be charged to hirer
if required following the hire.
•
Cyclorama will be provided as is to the hirer. A painting fee of $95 will apply to
provide clean white at commencement of the hire. Painting by the hirer on the
cyclorama is not permitted without prior arrangement.
•
Smoking not permitted in Studio
•
Studio to be used by the hirer only. Sub contracting or sub hiring of the studio is
not permitted.
•
Excessive usage of Internet (i.e. downloading movies, torrent streaming, etc) will
incur an excess usage fee.
•
The hirer is responsible for insuring their own equipment and that belonging to
their staff, sub contractors, assistants, clients and other third parties.
•
GST is not included in the above rates
•
Our studio is a part of Melbourne’s commercial creative community. Please respect
the space and treat it as if it was your own.
