in both agarose and polyacrylamide gels. Thermo Scientific DNA Ladders are made of
chromatography-purified individual DNA fragments manufactured using a proprietary
technology for preparation of pharmaceutical-grade plasmid DNA. Thermo Scientific RNA
Ladders are mixtures of chromatography-purified RNA transcripts that form sharp bands of
