College Ready Status Application 2015-2016 version Instructions: 1. Please complete the application. In order to complete the application, you will need access to your infinite campus account and your most recent merit report. You will also need to obtain references from 3 teachers. 2. Please attach your most recent merit report to your application. Applications that do not include the applicant’s merit report will be returned to the applicant and will not be evaluated. Baseline: In order to be considered for college ready status, students should meet the following baseline criteria. Failure to meet the baseline criteria will result in denial of college ready status. 1. Scholars must be passing all classes. 2. Scholars must have at least 80% homework completion. 3. Scholars must have 98% attendance. 4. Scholars must have a merit average of at least 100. 5. Scholars must have enough service learning hours to be on track to meet graduation requirements.
