Human-7 (Hu-7) Removal System
Agilent has collaborated with Affibody AB Sweden to create a unique, dimeric
Affibody® molecule that specifically targets the alpha, beta, and gamma chains
of human fibrinogen. Combining Affibody with our proprietary immunodepletion
technology allows us to deliver the best-performing, highest-capacity multiple
depletion system on the market. With it, you can simultaneously remove the
seven most abundant and unwanted proteins (albumin, IgG, IgA, transferrin,
antitrypsin, haptoglobin and fibrinogen), allowing you to detect lowerabundance proteins and peptides from human plasma samples and expand the
dynamic range of your current LC/MS and electrophoretic analyses.
